When you purchased Airgle AG500 - AG900 air purifier, it comes with five years warranty:

The Extended Warranty Plan offers you the option of

Airgle AG500 - AG900 Extended Warranty Plan terms and conditions

The warranty plan is only applicable to the Airgle AG500 - AG900 air purifier. Under the basic warranty plan, customers enjoy comprehensive maintenance service for the first three years, including warranty and replacement of parts, on-site inspection of parts, and on-site filter replacement service. In the fourth and fifth years, customers only enjoy maintenance services, including free on-site inspection of parts and on-site filter replacement service, but not free warranty and replacement of parts.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by human error (including accidents), impacts, or improper operation.

The fee for on-site filter replacement and on-site machine inspection may be adjusted as appropriate, and the final charges are subject to the formal quotation.

Discounts on filter replacement cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions.

The on-site filter replacement service does not include the cost of purchasing filters.

Upon successful purchase of this plan, the validity period of the "on-site maintenance service" will be extended to six years (from the start date).

If a customer wishes to purchase this plan, all product models must be covered together and individual products cannot be covered separately.

Customers are required to keep their purchase receipts as valid proof of purchase date.

In case of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
