How can I identify counterfeit filters?
All Airgle filters are directly manufactured by Airgle's factory and there are no third-party manufacturers. Any non-authenticated filters or accessories are counterfeit.
If any damages occur to the machine due to the use of substitute filters, the warranty terms will be void. Even within the warranty period, customers will be responsible for additional repair costs, and we reserve the right to refuse related warranty services.
