Warranty Registration

To ensure that the warranty is accurate and valid, please observe that:

  • Each product should be registered for warranty within 14 days from the day of purchase.

  • Product information can be found on product packaging and label.

  • Purchase details can be found on the invoice issued by retailer.

  • Customer must keep their original copy of invoice from merchants as the only proof of purchase and present during the repair.

How to find the product serial number?

  • The product serial number (SN) can be found on the bottom / back / side of the device. The following are examples:

  • The filter is a consumable item and is not included in the warranty
