To ensure that the warranty is accurate and valid, please observe that:

Each product should be registered for warranty within 14 days from the day of purchase.
Product information can be found on product packaging and label.
Purchase details can be found on the invoice issued by retailer.
Customer must keep their original copy of invoice from merchants as the only proof of purchase and present during the repair.

How to find the product serial number?

You can find the serial number (SN) at the bottom or on the side of the machine.
